Any interested person is welcome to join one of our Working Parties. The current Working Parties are: Youth at Risk Role: To oversee the work of the LLEN in relation to improving education, training and employment outcomes for young people from target groups identified by the LLEN. These groups may include: Koories, new arrivals, young people with disabilities, young mothers, young people leaving school early, young refugees, homeless youth, disengaged youth. Community and Business Engagement Role: To oversee the work of the LLEN in relation to building sustainable improvements to relationships between education and training providers, local communities and industry that improves BOTH the outcomes for young people and the skill needs of industry. "It takes a village to raise a child" Data and Tracking Role: To provide appropriate data to assist the planning and performance management of LLEN programs, and to oversee the implementation of the “On Track” program.
