BMLLEN ENVIRONMENTAL SCAN: 2006 Census data

BMLLEN Environmental Scan: 2006 Census data (Excel Spreadsheet, 2.5MB)

A detailed report of the activities of the 15 - 19 year age group has been developed using the 2006 census data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Important background data relating to the community is also included. The data is available for the Local Government areas of Brimbank and Melton, and the percentages are available to compare with those for the Western Metropolitan region (as well as for Victoria in some cases).

Socio Economic indicators by LGA and Postcode are included in the data.

NB. Whilst all care has been taken to ensure the percentage calculations are accurate we cannot accept responsibility for the misuse or misinterpretation of data. Should there be any queries, please contact the BMLLEN office.

For comparative purposes we are leaving the last Environmental scan on the website. An Excel spreadsheet was been prepared by the B/M LLEN from the 2001 Census data to highlight data for 15 -19 and 20 - 24 yr. residents of Brimbank and Melton.
