Please note the tabs at the bottom of the sheet for VASS and NAPLAN results. Check each of the tabs to see the details that have been downloaded from external websites, and are available for more detailed analysis. It is recommended that you add a filter to the headings across row 24 so that you can use the filter by colour function. On the Master List of the SMT the NAPLAN results from 2009 for Yr.7 will show up as NAPLAN scores for the same students who are in Yr8 in 2010. Use the cursor over the column headings for more details – even in the section for support programs.
A copy of the Deb Hull and Doug Smith Presentation is available from here. The earlier presentations introducing the Mapping Tool in 2007 is shown below. The slides are still relevant for looking at students 'at risk' of leaving school early.
If you require assistance e.g. with implementing the Tool within a school, then: 1. BMLLEN: Terry Kennedy, BMLLEN EO, at the LLEN office (Phone: 9361 9306) 2. Others could contact Doug Smith directly on 0401 031 159
