Visy Cares Hub

Visy Cares Hub is a one-stop shop offering a diverse range of services to young people between the ages of 12 and 25 years.  Operating under the one roof the Hub aims to reduce travel to multiple destinations and provide a seamless service that meets young people's needs in the Western suburbs of Melbourne.  Visy Cares Hub is managed by Youth Junction Inc.  Visit the Youth Junction website: http://www.youthjunctioninc.net.au

Melton Youth Health Clinic

The Melton Youth Health Clinic is located at the Melton Youth Facility, 193 Barries Rd Melton.  The Clinic is open Thursdays between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.  Ph: 9747-5373.  The service is available for 12year to 24year olds.

The staff includes a youth friendly doctor and two counsellors.  Having your Medicare number is useful but not necessary.  Bulk billing is available and appointments are not essential.
