Disability Services

Disability Employment Services Links

If you have a disability you can access a specialised employment service called a Disability Employment Service (DES).  A DES can help people with a disability find work and keep a job.  There are two types of services available from a DES.

Disability Management Service-is for job seekers with a disability, injury or health condition who need assistance to find a job and occasional support from a DES provider to keep a job.

Employment Support Service-provides assistance to people with permanent disability who need regular, ongoing support to keep a job.

DES providers can be located in a variety of locations.  You can choose the one your prefer.
